You will currently be working within a similar position and be familiar with providing advice in line with organisational policies and current employment law to line managers on HR matters. Additionally you will have knowledge of re organisational procedures, redundancy processes, and job and work pattern change issues. Experience in the areas of producing contracts of employment, HR documentation and monitoring reports based on KPIs such as absence levels is also desirable. You will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for working with and managing the HR Administrator. Whilst there is a team structure within the HR department you must be comfortable to sometimes work on your own and have the confidence to be responsible for decisions taken in the HR Managers absence. You will be a chartered member or graduate member or associate member of CIPD and also possess a willingness to travel (generally on a monthly basis) and on occasion stay away.
